Aphros Biological Loureiro

A renewing project for the Vinho Verde region that showed that unloved grape varieties could be just as interesting as the most resonant varieties and that prejudices could be questioned, taking biodynamic agriculture to one of the climates where it would apparently be less advisable. And above all, producing good wines that are a pleasure to drink.

Fresh and inviting, full of fruit aromas (citrus fruits and some peach), bay leaves, linden flowers, tense and very clean. Good mineral load, direct, on the palate showing fruit (citrus, peach) and candy, with a beautiful acidity, refreshing the palate with each sip with a good dryness in the background. Good company for delicate dishes based on grilled fish or shellfish.
