When the grapes reach their ideal ripeness, they are harvested and transported to the winery, where the technological process begins with total destemming and light crushing.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24-27ºC. After fermentation, part of the batch is aged in French and American oak barrels.
