Part of the grapes are fermented in marble lagares (traditional stone vats) and the rest in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. It is aged for 6 months in second and third-year French and American oak barrels.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Winemaking: The grapes are destemmed, crushed, and cooled.
