Herdade Da Comporta Branco

A short distance from the Atlantic Ocean, our vineyard benefits from the mild coastal climate, allowing for balanced ripening. It is located in a valley, facing east-west, with good sun exposure and flanked by stone pine trees that protect it from the strong summer winds.

The soil and climate conditions are excellent in terms of the phytosanitary conditions of the vineyard, allowing the harvest of healthy, high-quality grapes produced using integrated production methods.

Color: greenish yellow

Flavor and Aroma: Lively nose, with notes of lemon and tropical fruits. Medium body, with a good balance of lemon, tropical fruit (from Antão Vaz) and light, refreshing acidity (thanks to the presence of Arinto), and a long finish. On the nose a combination of very ripe fruit with an oak character. Elegant, with concentrated fruit, well-structured tannins and a long, complex finish.
