Shipping policy

The prices presented already include the VAT rate in force.

All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order ships. The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days after confirmation, however in some cases, the delivery time can go up to 10 working days.

Price and estimates for domestic shipping

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. 

Delivery

Free delivery for orders above €100 Throughout mainland Portugal (except islands). For orders below €100, We charge according to the checkout calculation.

How can I check the status of my order?

When the order ships, we will send you an email notification with the tracking number so that you can follow the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the order tracking information on the Post Office or carrier website to update. 

If you do not receive your order 8 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@1001vinhos.com, stating your name and order number so that we can solve your problem.

Refunds, exchanges and returns

Our policy is 30 days. After 30 days of purchase, it is unfortunately not possible to request a refund or exchange.

In order to be able to return it, the product cannot have been used and must be in the same condition as you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we request a receipt or proof of purchase.
