All items on sale are subject to stock. Orders are executed on a first-come, first-served basis.
All prices quoted are in Euros excluding VAT.
All orders placed by bank transfer can be cancelled after 5 working days when payment is not verified. To avoid this situation, you can always contact us via email info@1001vinhos.com

• DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

1001vinhos.com ships its orders to any point in Portugal, directly to the customer's home  Except for postal boxeswithin 48 hours, 2 (two) business days, Monday to Friday.

CURRENTLY, AND DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, DELIVERY DEADLINES MAY NOT BE MET
Delivery times are estimated and delays may occur above the deadline presented by the company for reasons of force majeure.   In the event of delays in deliveries, 1001vinhos.com will inform the customer as soon as it becomes aware. Our goal is to get your order back and forth as quickly as possible. The delivery time starts after confirmation of payment and after confirmation of the customer's data or shortly after debiting our bank account.

1001vinhos.com looks for the best partnerships with distribution companies to make sure that your order reaches its destination as quickly as possible, with due quality and care.
Deliveries are not made on weekends. It is important for the customer to make sure that there will be someone at the indicated address to receive the order, in addition to ensuring that the address is complete and correct. We also advise you to provide us with a telephone number, preferably mobile.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt by the transport company due to absence, a transit notice is always left in the customer's mailbox with the carrier's instructions. Depending on the service and the carrier, orders must be picked up at the location indicated by the carrier on the transit notice, or the instructions requested in the same notice must be followed.

1001vinhos.com declines any responsibility for any delay or impossibility of processing the order, namely at the time of delivery, due to error or insufficiency of the data communicated by the customer.

In the event of a postal strike/similar service or any other occasional circumstances that may lead to delays in the delivery of products purchased in the 1001vinhos.com, the latter will be exempt from blame for the delay in delivery.

In order for the wines to arrive safely and with the highest possible quality, 1001vinhos.com has packaging specially adapted for the transport of wine bottles. With these packages, the wines are properly protected.

The cost of shipping is variable according to the total weight of the goods, distance, type of delivery, and will be added to the value of the goods purchased. The cost is calculated and communicated to the customer prior to confirmation of the purchase, which is their sole responsibility and non-refundable.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PACKAGE OR BOTTLES?


In the event that the shipping package is damaged, you must check its contents at the time of delivery,  with the presence of the courier  and if there is damage to the contents, you should immediately complain to the courier/carrier and then contact the 1001vinhos.com. In these cases, it is an added value when the complaints are accompanied by a photo.  Failure to claim directly to the courier at the time of delivery may result in the non-acceptance of subsequent claims and consequently the non-return of the value of the damaged goods or their replacement. or   All products shipped by 1001vinhos.com must be checked upon delivery. If the customer finds that the order is damaged, he must return it immediately to the transport company, duly justify the reason for the return on the carrier's delivery note and immediately notify the 1001vinhos.com through our contact.

If, after delivery, the customer finds that any of the items are not in conformity, they are requested to contact the 1001vinhos.com immediately by e-mail info@1001vinhos.com indicating the order number or the number of the document that accompanied the order, attaching images of the packaging as received and of all the items, so that the process of investigating the occurrence can be opened internally and in this way the situation can be resolved as soon as possible

The invoice is with the order, unless explicitly indicated by the customer or a billing address other than the delivery address.

The prices shown are valid except for computer, typographical or updating errors in services and systems. 1001vinhos.com reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented on products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services.

The consumer may resort to one of the Alternative Dispute Resolution entities whose name, contact details and website address are on the list of entities deposited with the Consumer Authority. For more information, please consult the Consumer Portal: www.consumidor.pt

Decree-Law No. 74/2017, of 21 June, regulated by Ordinance No. 201-A/2017, established the creation of an online Complaints Book, available at www.livroreclamacoes.pt(Digital Platform), which allows consumers and users, among other tools, to submit complaints in a dematerialized way, with the same value as complaints submitted in physical format.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

The customer has a maximum period of 10 days, from the receipt of the goods, to return them, without payment of compensation and without the need to indicate the reason, by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt communicating this wish.
The price of the goods will be refunded to the customer within a maximum of 30 days, minus the original shipping costs. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Orders will not be received with COLLECT shipping, and 1001vinhos.com does not refund delivery costs. The goods must be returned in good condition (including the original packaging).

LACK OF PRODUCT

 

Since online stores sell to several users, it is possible for simultaneous sales to take place without any goods being in the 1001vinhos.com's warehouse. If this occurs, a new deadline will be communicated to the customer. In case the customer does not accept the new term, the customer will have the following options: – The order is cancelled and all amounts charged will be fully compensated, and the sale/purchase operation will be cancelled;
– The customer will be able to wait for the availability of the goods for shipment later.
The compensation will be made by chargeback or credit to the paypal or deposit in the buyer's bank account, within 7 (seven) business days after the customer's cancellation.

CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE BY 1001VINHOS.COM


The 1001vinhos.com may automatically cancel the purchase in the following situations:
– Impossibility of executing the debit corresponding to the purchase on the Credit Card
– Failure to pay the deposit or bank transfer on time
– Non-consistency of the data filled in the purchase order or prices being incorrectly registered by electronic means.
