Vinification The grapes were harvested by hand and gently pressed. Fermented at a controlled temperature, this white is born from the Códega do Larinho (80%) and Viosinho (20%) grape varieties, aged in French oak barrels (50% new) with regular battonage for 18 months.

Tasting Notes A wine with an intense straw yellow colour, aromas of fresh fruit (peach, mango and pineapple), honey, mocha and vanilla; on tasting it is a wine with great volume, supported by a tasty and refreshing acidity. Ideal companion for fatty fish, medium-intensity meats and high-intensity cheeses. Serve at 10ºC
