Description
Vinification:
Total destemming of the grapes. Pre-fermentation maceration for 70 hours at 10ºC. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation for 7 days at 28ºC. Post-fermentation maceration for 5 days. Maturation in barrels for 16 months. Light filtration before bottling.
Deep purple color. Very intense and complex aroma, with dominant notes of wild black fruits, violets, vanilla and toasted from the barrel. In the mouth it is opulent, structured, fresh, balanced and long.
