Description

A wine that is cut for the 12 months of internship to which it was subjected, partially in French oak barrel. It preserves the richest aromas of black fruit and a marked acidity, characteristic of the Bairradino terroir, with a strong influence of the Baga variety.

Berry with partial stage in French oak. The aroma is warm, ripe, with clay, oresta berries, wine cellar, in a classic bairradino style. Medium body, integrated acidity, dry, with polished tannins, there is a somewhat nostalgic vegetable side. Obviously, for a chanfana.
