Description

Vinification:
Gentle pressing for old barrels, where it ferments with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 9 months in used French oak barrels.

Test results:
Crystalline in appearance and pink in color, it reveals fine notes of cherry, pepper and field flowers in the aroma. In the mouth it has a unique freshness, with an impressive body and an Atlantic acidity that supports the wine in a very long finish.
