Description

Exhausted

This first edition emerges as a true classic Antão Vaz from the Alentejo region. Rich and exuberant in aroma with notes of tropical fruits. On the palate it is a dry, full-bodied wine, but balanced by good acidity.

Winemaking:
Hand Colheita in the early hours of the day into 12kg boxes. After careful selection, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
