Vinification:
Incomplete pressing. Decantation in stainless steel vats and fermentation at temperatures between 12 and 14º C. Aging for 2 months. Dégorgement up to 6 months.
Test results:
Bright light ruby color. Pomegranate, cherries and blackberries, very fresh and lively acidity.
