Description

The grapes that give rise to this wine come from schist soil vineyards, planted at an average altitude of 350 meters, with northeast exposure, between sword to the strap and dʼalva barge.

Vinification

Manual harvesting vintage. Fermentation made by castes to improve rigor in the final blend selection that gives rise to this wine. Fermentation occurs in small capacity stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature around 28ºC. Controlled maceration to obtain an aromatic and elegant wine

Test notes

Great balance between the intense taste of red fruits and the elegance from aging, in French oak barrels, over 12 months.
