The history of the House of Santo Amaro, begins with the creation of Morgadio de Santo Amaro on October 14, 1687, being currently in possession of the eighth family generation. We can call the olive oils of the Santo Amaro House as fifth oil, since since the production of olive, through the extraction of olive oil, its packaging and marketing of the final product, everything is done in agricultural exploration, and can include them still inside of the Farm-to-Table concept.
