This olive oil presents with green notes that, from the outset, resemble a garden with the lawn just cut. Following are those perfumes when, in the garden, we rip out tomatoes from the tomato. All this with aromas of some dry fruits. In the mouth, we have sweet, bitter and spicy sensations, which means that this is a harmonious and, most importantly, capable of seasoning different gastronomic creations.

The Santo Amaro House was founded in 1687 and is currently in possession of the eighth family generation.
Since the mid -nineteenth century the production of olive and olive oil has had great economic importance for the "Santo Amaro House", and until 2006 production was usually sold in bulk. Francisco Pavão is one of the biggest names of world oil, and from him we learned and we did a lot of ours from the way here. It is mandatory to prove these olive oils when we enter this fabulous world.
