Casa de Santo Amaro Nature DOP Bio Olive Oil
Description

Light green fruity aroma with notes of cut grass, tomato, dried fruit and banana, balanced between sweet, bitter and spicy, with hints of banana, tomato, apple and green and ripe dried fruit. It also has a long, spicy finish.

This olive oil presents itself with green notes that immediately evoke a garden with freshly cut grass. These are followed by the aromas one gets when picking tomatoes from a tomato plant in the garden. All this is accompanied by hints of dried fruit. On the palate, it offers sweet, bitter, and spicy sensations, meaning this is a harmonious olive oil and, more importantly, capable of complementing various culinary creations.

The Santo Amaro House was founded in 1687 and is currently owned by the eighth generation of the family.
Since the mid-19th century, olive and olive oil production has been of great economic importance to "Casa de Santo Amaro," and until 2006, production was usually sold in bulk. Francisco Pavão is one of the biggest names in the world of olive oil, and we have learned and incorporated much of our journey to this point from him. It is essential to taste these olive oils when entering this fabulous world.
