Description
It has a slightly orange-golden color, complex aromas revealing floral and citrus notes with dried flowers, lavender, grapefruit, ripe orange, an elegant and deep palate with strong structure and body.
Winemaking:
White wine fermented with skins in the ancestral style, in lagares (traditional stone troughs), which gives it body and increased aging potential. In this style of wine, its color evolves to deeper tones, which is why it is globally called "Orange Wine".
