Description

winemaking

The harvest is done manually, with manual selection of clusters. The berries are destemmed and gently crushed. As fermentation tanks, traditional granite presses with foot treading and stainless steel fermentation vats were used. The winemaking philosophy is just one: to gently extract all the characteristics of the grapes from this Quinta. All wines age 100% in French oak barrels and after a stage that varies between 15 and 20 months, the different batches are formed. All wines are sealed with natural cork. Not being filtered or cold stabilized, they can give rise to a precipitate with age.

Tasting Note

Elegant and meticulous, this Reserve has a ruby colour, a spicy nose on a background of red fruit with floral memories, which gradually mellow in the glass. In the mouth, it expands with freshness, highlighting the well-shaded fruit with soft but firm tannins, which give the whole a great breadth. A graceful wine, full of sophistication
