Clear, transparent, and golden in color. The first sensations are the intense scent of flowers and tropical fruits (papaya, pineapple, mango). After stirring, fresher and more penetrating notes emerge, like straw and citrus. On the palate, it is quite expressive, entering thickly, filling our taste buds, but always with an acidity that gives it a long-lasting freshness and elegance.
