Description

Intense and elegant aroma marked by red fruit with toasted notes and a full, round flavor with firm tannins.

A blend of grapes produced at different altitudes and microclimates, with total destemming and fermentation for 7/8 days at 23/25 °C.

Stage: 80% in stainless steel and 20% in wood for six months.

Color: Ruby Red
