Description
Syrah and plot produced in strong Beja soils contrast in a concentrated profile where the notes of black and plum pepper are part of the toasted oak barrels. In the mouth it is long and very soft.
Vinification: Vinified by the traditional process of tanning in stainless steel mills with automatic gathers,
fermentation temperatures at about 26 ° C. 6 -month internship in French oak barrels
and later stage in bottle.
