                                                    Very fresh and complex wine with notes of citrus and grapefruit in harmony with mining floral nuances and strong mineral notes characteristic of "terroirs". This wine has an exceptional volume resulting from a long period of “Bâtonnage” and a fresh and single mineral ending.
Vinification:
With state-of-the-art technology and total temperature control, the curls that were not in perfect condition were eliminated, they were dropped and thermal shock, followed by a period of pre-fermentary maceration in cold milling during About 12 to 24h, after which the mass was transferred to wide and low fermentation vats, which fermented for about 10 days at temperatures between 24 and 26 ° C.
