Vinification: Light cold skin contact, pressing and partial draining. Fermentation at 15/16ºC.
Stage: 3 months in stainless steel vats and 2 months in bottle.
Organoleptic test: Color: Citrus Aroma: Fresh and fruity, citric and mineral notes, good acidity.
Taste: Good acidity, refreshing and fruity.
