White Oaks

 It is a clean, clear wine and bright citrine color, thin and delicate aromas, of great intensity, fruit notes with vanilla notes and toasted wine. Although full -bodied on the palate it causes a sense of lightness due to the freshness of the flavors of live acidity. It ends with a very clean and refreshing persistence.

Vinification:
The grapes that give rise to this range of tops come from old vineyards of Quinta das Carvalhas, the oldest and most emblematic property of Real Companhia Velha. White grape vineyards are high in high dimensions, benefiting from milder temperatures and exposure to fresh breezes, which greatly contribute to the acidity and minerality that characterize the 'white oaks' complex, a wine with character and freshness.
