Winemaking:
Complete destemming into small stainless steel vats and maceration for 24 hours at 10ºC, before the start of natural fermentation, with native yeasts. It remained in storage for 24 months and after bottling, it aged for 12 months in a cool cellar.
Test results:
Intense ruby color. Harmonious aroma with notes of wild berries and spices. In the mouth it is intense and muscular and has a long and spicy finish.
