Winemaking: The grapes were completely destemmed and gently pressed, with minimal contact with the skins before the first tear must was extracted. Followed by cooling and decantation at 12ºC. The fermentation of the clean must took place in small stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16ºC, in order to preserve all the aromas and freshness.
Test results: Salmon color. Aroma with notes of raspberries and wildflowers. In the mouth it is delicate, with lively acidity and a refreshing finish.
