Winemaking: The grapes were fully destemmed and gently pressed, having minimal contact with the skins before the extraction of the first free-run juice. This was followed by cooling and settling at 12ºC. Fermentation of the clean must took place in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC, in order to preserve all the aromas and freshness.

Tasting notes: Salmon color. Aroma with notes of raspberries and wildflowers. On the palate it is delicate, with lively acidity and a refreshing finish.
