Description

AMERICO HOUSE

Winemaking:
The grapes were completely destemmed and gently crushed in small stainless steel presses. After cold maceration for 24 hours, fermentation began at a controlled temperature of 23ºC, with gentle pumping over, in order to achieve good extraction of the grapes, preserving all the aromas and flavors. This wine was aged only in stainless steel vats.

Test results:
Intense ruby color, aroma with notes of red fruits and spices. In the mouth it is balanced, with round tannins and a medium finish.

Advice from storing and serving:
It should be stored in a dry and cool place. Serve between 15ºC-17ºC.
