Winemaking:
These grapes are a batch from our Quinta do Aral. Here we combine Encruzado from a 40-year-old vineyard with a blend of several traditional grape varieties from an 80-year-old vineyard. Complete destemming followed by gentle crushing in a small stainless steel tank, where skin maceration was carried out for 24 hours at a controlled temperature. The must is fermented together with the grape skins, using the fermentation technique, in order to extract dyes, tannins and secondary aromatic compounds, thus increasing the complexity of the wine.

Test results:
Intense yellow color. Aroma with notes of tea, dried leaves and dried fruits. In the mouth it is austere and at the same time engaging and full of personality.

Advice from storing and serving:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
