Description

Winemaking:
The grapes were carefully selected in the vineyard and then completely destemmed in a granite press. During fermentation, the must was homogenized by foot treading, with temperature control using endogenous plates. After fermentation, the wine was transferred to 225L second-year French oak barrels, where it remained for 10 months.

Test results:
Deep ruby color, aroma with notes of forest fruits, pine needles and light toast. In the mouth it presents noble tannins, a silky texture and a long finish.

Advice from storing and serving:
It should be stored in a dry and cool place. Serve between 15ºC-17ºC.
