Winemaking:
The grapes were carefully selected in the vineyard and then completely destemmed in a granite press. During fermentation, the must was homogenized by foot treading, with temperature control using endogenous plates. After fermentation, it aged for 10 months in new and second-year barrels and was kept in the bottle for a minimum period of 12 months after bottling.
Test results:
Intense ruby color. Harmonious aroma with notes of wild berries and spices. In the mouth it is intense and muscular and has a long and spicy finish.
Advice from storing and serving:
It should be stored in a dry and cool place. Serve between 15ºC-17ºC.
