Description

Winemaking:
Completely destemmed for granite press. During fermentation, the must was homogenized by foot treading, with temperature control using endogenous plates. To preserve all the delicacy of this wine, aging is only in stainless steel tanks and then a minimum of 12 months in the bottle after bottling.

Test results:
Open ruby color. Complex aroma with notes of blueberry, jam and wildflowers. In the mouth it is very elegant, balanced and with a long finish.

Advice from storing and serving:
It should be stored in a dry and cool place. Serve between 15ºC-17ºC.
