Winemaking:
Completely destemmed for use in granite lagares (traditional stone troughs). During fermentation, the must was homogenized by foot treading, with temperature control using endogenous plates. To preserve all the delicacy of this wine, aging is done exclusively in stainless steel tanks and then a minimum of 12 months in the bottle after bottling.
Exam notes:
Light ruby color. Complex aroma with notes of blueberry, jam, and wildflowers. On the palate, it is very elegant, balanced, and with a long finish.
Storage and serving tips:
It should be stored in a cool, dry place. Serve between 15ºC-17ºC.
