Description
The aroma harmoniously combines delicate mineral notes with high-quality citrus notes. A voluptuous, fresh white wine, thanks to its perfect acidity. The fruity notes give it a very rewarding flavor.
Winemaking:
Casa de Santar is proud to present distinctive and elegant wines, the result of careful vinification of the three signature white grape varieties of the Dão region - Encruzado, Cercial-Branco and Bical. Aged for 4 to 6 months in American oak barrels and a minimum of 6 months in the bottle.
