Description

It shows a beautiful floral component, a fragrant tone, which join mature blackberries, a touch of fresh herbs. Harmonious, with pure fruit always in the foreground, very clean, inviting.

Vinification:
Soft maceration and fermentation the controlled temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Internship for six months in "Allier" oak barrels and three months in a cave before being launched in the market.
