Description
Citrus yellow color. Complex aroma of tropical fruits and orange blossom. Very fresh with good acidity. Mineral and harmonious.
Hand-harvested. Total destemming. Pre-fermentation maceration for 8 to 12 hours. Vacuum pressing, fermentation at controlled temperatures (15ºC to 18ºC) in stainless steel tanks for 10 to 15 days. Aged for 4 months in 400L barrels. Citrine yellow color, complex aroma of tropical fruits and orange blossom. Very fresh palate with good acidity. Mineral and harmonious. Contains sulfites.
