Description
Violet Ruby. Very concentrated aroma, with balsamic notes of oak wood, black fruits, tobacco and spices. Full -bodied, round tannins with excellent acidity. Final mineral, fresh and long with black fruits flavor.
Vinification:
Manual vintage. Disgust / crushing. Stainless Cuba fermentation. Post -fermentative maceration. Internship in French oak hulls for 16 months.
