VINEYARDS : Grapes from our original vineyards, planted in 2006 by Mr. Baron Bodo von Bruemmer, located in Casal Sta. Maria.
YEAR: 2023 was a year of above-normal temperatures and severe drought for 9 months. There were also episodes of very intense rain that caused flooding. For viticulture, it was a very good year with good quality grapes and very interesting yields.
VINIFICATION : The grapes, harvested by hand, are carefully selected in the winery before being crushed and cold-pressed. After static decantation, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on fine lees until April.
CONSUMPTION : Should be drunk at around 8-10ºC and can benefit from bottle aging for 6 years.
