Description

ORIGIN - Elaborated with grapes from selected vineyards and planted with the traditional castes of the Superior Douro, combining grapes originating at different altitudes, we seek to make a gastronomic wine, with elegance, freshness and complexity.

Vinification - 100% manual vintage. Disgust and crushing; Cold maceration for 48h; Alcoholic fermentation for a minimum of 15 days with temperature control. Malolactic fermentation The controlled temperature of 18ºC for 15 days.

INTERNSHIP - Internship for 12 months in French oak barrels, 2/3 new, 1/3 of second wine.

Proof note - Complexity, very concentrated aroma, with black fruits of woods, licorice notes, spices, violets, bergamot, Esteva ... in balance with notes of very elegant French barrel. Long and engaging, feel the fruit at the end of the mouth, very ripe and soft firm tannins, fresh and very elegant, leaving
Anticipate an excellent bottle aging.
