Description
ORIGIN - Grapes from vineyards planted in the upper Douro, at an average altitude of 400 meters, generally planted on levels with predominant exposure to the south. Vinification - Manual vintage. Reception with full disgust and immediate crushing. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in small capacity stainless steel. Controlled macerations to obtain elegant and soft wines.
INTERNSHIP - In stainless steel vats.
Proof note - Aromas of red fruits and spices reveal a soft maceration to preserve the typical notes of the castes and make the wine ready to be drunk after traffic jam.
