Description
It is an elegant combination of red fruits and well -integrated wood notes, with a living acidity that gives it a fresh taste and excellent structure. It has a deep color with a violet tone, intense aromas of red cherry with notes of basil and white pepper.
Vinification:
About 30% of this wine interned for 12 months in new and old French oak barrels. The remaining part is kept in stainless steel vats to maintain its fruity character combined with the complexity of the wooden wood in barrels.
