Description
It has aromas of tropical fruits, spices and vanilla. It is velvety and unctuous, having a balanced acidity and soft and silky tannins.
Vinification: The grapes are deceived and sent to “vinimatics” where they remain for 6 to 10 hours at a temperature of 12ºC. Then they are pressed and sent to the cold chamber
Internship: Mosto is packed in new Hungarian oak barrels, which follows a 6 -month batonnage period. After the internship in the barrels is bottled and submerged in the lake of Alqueva, where it matured 30m deep, under unique and excellence conditions over 8 months.
