Conde D'Ervideira Invisível Branco

Winemaking : The best lots of Aragonez, and the night harvest, created this wine - Invisible. The must is transported in a refrigerated truck to the winery. There, it is taken by gravity to a cold chamber, where it remains to settle for 24 hours at low temperatures. After this process, the must is inoculated with selected yeasts and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 12°C for 15 days.

Tasting: Using the aromatic potential of Aragonez, this Wine was conceived, full of aromas of Grey Tea, Mint, Lemon Peel and Sage. In the mouth it appears fresh, with good acidity and a very elegant final structure.

Harvesting : Mechanical and nocturnal

Longevity : 3 to 4 years
