Winemaking : The finest Aragonez grapes, colheita at night, created this wine – Invisible. The must is transported in a refrigerated truck to the winery. There, it is gravity-fed into a cold chamber where it remains for 24 hours at low temperatures. After this process, the must is inoculated with selected yeasts and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 12°C for 15 days.
Tasting notes: Utilizing the aromatic potential of Aragonez, this wine was conceived, full of aromas of Grey Tea, Mint, Lemon Peel and Sage. On the palate it appears fresh, with good acidity and a very elegant finish.
Colheita : Mechanical and nighttime
Longevity : 3 to 4 years
