Description
Winemaking:
Conde de Monsul is a red wine produced from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz, red grapes native to the Douro wine region. After gentle crushing and complete destemming, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. After this process, the wine remained for 9 months, in contact with the lees, before being bottled.
Test results:
Conde de Monsul is an elegant and fresh red wine, with fine and clean tannins, with intense notes of red fruits, floral nuances and mineral notes. It is a young red wine, full of fruit aromas and very balanced acidity.
