18.5 points Grandes Escolhas Wine.

Deep, dense ruby color. Its intense aroma is marked by a perfect combination of ripe black and red fruits, such as blackberry and plum, floral notes of violet, hints of tobacco leaves and some spices. Very concentrated, with robust, complex and very smooth tannins, with a lively but very well-integrated acidity, it is a wine with great aging potential. Its elegance and persistence define its long finish, with very fresh mineral and eucalyptus notes.

Winemaking:
Following the manual harvesting of pre-selected plots, during which the grapes were carefully chosen, they were cooled to 5ºC, followed by total destemming and gentle crushing. This was followed by pre-fermentation maceration, then alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature, ending with a long post-fermentation maceration. Throughout this process, the usual delestages and remontages were carried out with great rigor and control, in order to obtain a high-quality aromatic and phenolic component. The 3 grape varieties that make up the blend were vinified and aged separately. Aging for 24 months in 11 new 300-liter French oak barrels. It was during this period that the final blend was created, with numerous tastings that marked a very demanding and sensitive organoleptic selection of the best barrels, which, in addition to individual quality, surpassed the whole, and gave rise to a unique wine.
