Description
Convento do Paraíso red wine is a blend of Sousão and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, hand-picked and carefully selected to guarantee premium quality. The grapes ferment in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using traditional maceration, followed by 12 months of aging in new French oak barrels.
This gives the wine a deep red color with purple reflections. It has a great aromatic impact, with aromas of blackberries, spices, dark chocolate and smoky notes that integrate well with the wood. On the palate you will notice its round and well-structured body, complemented by good tannins and acidity. This wine from the Algarve region leaves a long and succulent finish.
