This red is incredibly deep, violet, dark red and purple, with a very high concentration of ripe dark red fruits, black cherries and plums. The internship in new oak barrels concentrates the original ripe tannins of wine and helps to soften their power, giving rise to a very elegant wine with great balance and finesse and a very long and fruity ending.
Vinification:
Winemaking and aging at the Quinta Vale D. Maria Vinification Center. The grapes are deceived and stepped on lagas for 2 days, at a temperature between 16 ° and 18 ° Celsius before the beginning of fermentation, and then fermented in the same mills (50% of the total) and in stainless steel vats ( 50% of the total) with a capacity of 5,000 kg for about 8 days at temperatures maintained between 20 ° and 26 ° Celsius. Internship in new barrels (75%) and one year (25%) of French oak, for about 21 months.
