Description

Vinification based on the traditional method of port wine production, which includes interrupting fermentation through the addition of brandy and aging in oak barrels for a long period of time. Only the best cultures are selected to grow old at French oak barrels for a minimum of seven years. White gold harvests are kept in wood to the client's order. Intense golden corner. Very thin and delicate nose, with notes of nuts and spices. In the mouth it is round and bulky, with a sweet end, very long and complex. Its surrounding sweetness is perfectly balanced by its natural acidity.
