Description
Port of a single harvest of the year. Instead of an age indication as a mixed Tawny (10, 20, 30, 40 ...), the year is always mentioned on the label. However, they should not be confused with vintage port. Since the "harvest" should age at least seven years in a barrel of oak (but of course the complexity, aroma and refined flavors could not reach the jumps of an old "harvest", such as a rare "Harvest" Golden White of 1952 bottled in 2009 ... 57 years in French oak tubes).
