After manual harvesting, the grapes were carefully inspected and deceived. Intense maceration was performed in the first 48 hours to extract all good components from the movies, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. At the aromatic level, the lush and very ripe fruit stands out, animated by the spices of spices such as black pepper, in an intense and elegant experience. In the mouth, in turn, it looks bulky, full -bodied, but still fresh and nervous. With firm and velvety tannins, it materializes in a long and already pleasant mouth.
