Description
A white of yellow straw hue, which stands out for its very fresh aromatic profile, with notes of white fruit and lump, combining delicate citrus notes. In the mouth, the flavors meet their aromatic profile, presenting mild, vibrant and textured, ending with a very long live acidity and end.
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested manually and transported to the cellar in 150kg pallets. After undergoing a manual selection process, the curls are deceived and the pneumatic press pressed grapes. After decantation for 24 hours, follows the alcoholic fermentation of the moneto, in stainless steel vats, to 14-16ºC. Wine interns in stainless steel vats for a period of 6 months to traffic jam.
