Granada color. Black fruits flavor, some jam, mint and spices. In the mouth it is structured with alive and elegant tannins in a joint that strives for harmony.

Vinification:
Today, a century later and having survived expropriation following the 1974 Revolution, Herdade do Mouchão continues to be managed by the descendants of the original family whose wine workers and vineyards accompany them for generations. The process is, as it always was, without haste. The castes are local, harvested by hand and on foot. The Mouchão is maintained for four years before being put for sale. In the constantly changing wine world, Herdade do Mouchão remains a traditional family management cellar. After fermentation, the wine opened 6 months in wooden barrels and large new French and American oak casks.
